COMPLIANCE MOCK SURVEY TIER 2:

Community visit with each manager to better understand their role and responsibilities. This allows us to better understand how your community is set up operationally. This Tier is a great way to evaluate the current operations of your community and helps us understand why it is in its current situation.

COMPLIANCE MOCK SURVEY TIER 3:

Onsite evaluations, interviews, and visual assessments. 

  • Review clinical charts
  • Review your policy and procedures
  • Assess polices to include life safety
  • Assess the dietary department (compliance)
  • Review all employee files
  • Personality assessments on all staff
  • Level of care review

COMPLIANCE AUDIT/MOCK SURVEY:

Review all community records to check if your community is compliant with State rules and regulations.  Assist in making corrections, if necessary.

ALF OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT:

Assist with license standards, administration, records, residency, food service, medication management, personal care services, resident rights, and adverse incident reports.

STATE REQUIRED STAFF TRAINING:

Assist in State required training and certifications for staff.  Review personnel files for compliance of State training requirements. 

ALF START-UP PROCESS AND PROCEDURES:

Assist with license requirements, process and procedures.  Assist with ALF initial license application,  renewals,  change of ownership, and the comprehensive emergency management plan.
